Myanmar-born singer and model Chan Chan has publicly addressed reports that her name appeared in documents related to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein, firmly denying any wrongdoing and clarifying the nature of the reference.

According to circulating reports, Chan Chan was mentioned in an email in which she was described as “pretty” and someone to “recruit.” There is no indication that she had any direct contact or involvement beyond the alleged email reference.

In a statement shared publicly, Chan Chan said she had once been approached with an offer that made her uncomfortable. She claimed she was asked to take photographs “with bare arms revealing her tops,” which she declined.

“I refused because of my Christian beliefs and cultural sensitivity,” she said, emphasizing that she did not participate in any activity that compromised her values.

Chan Chan also stressed that she was never involved in any illegal or inappropriate conduct. She described the situation as an unsolicited recruitment attempt that she rejected.

Now married with three children, Chan Chan currently resides in the Netherlands with her family. She said she is focused on her personal life and career, and hopes to move forward from the controversy.
