Okka Min Maung has been issuing responses to Eaint Pou Ou (Pencilo) on an almost daily basis following an online dispute that has drawn significant public attention.
The conflict reportedly began when Pencilo publicly called out Okka Min Maung regarding his sexual orientation.
Okka Min Maung is a former model, Mister International titleholder, and film actor who is openly gay.
Pencilo publicly criticized him regarding his sexual orientation, using aggressive language that many viewed as discriminatory, defamatory, and racially offensive.
After Okka Min Maung responded to her remarks, she obtained his phone number and repeatedly called him during live broadcasts. When he chose not to join the live sessions, she accused him of being afraid of her.
As a result, Okka Min Maung filed a report with the police.
Observers state that Pencilo has previously threatened or harshly criticized individuals who did not support her positions. Some community members claim they chose to remain silent out of fear of public attacks or potential repercussions affecting family members in Myanmar.
In contrast, Okka Min Maung has continued to respond publicly, alleging that he is exposing inconsistencies and false claims made by Pencilo. In one of his statements, he remarked, “You did not expect that I would respond to you.”
Following his series of disclosures, critics note that Pencilo has significantly reduced her public criticism and online confrontations.
