The case, No. 2:26-2231-HLT-ADM, was filed by Levi Sap Nei Thang and seeks injunctive relief and other remedies related to alleged copyright infringement and misuse of personal likeness.

The YouTube video identified in the complaint has since been taken down following the copyright enforcement process.
“This action is intended to protect my work, my identity, and the integrity of how my name and image are used,” Levi Sap Nei Thang said in a statement.
